		<description>Honey! This is a great post. It brings attention to what may be shrinking: the public domain of the future. I don&#039;t think I would Dave done my first holiday jazz record if the pieces weren&#039;t in the public domain, not only for the extreme cost of licensing all the songs, but for the potential lack of freedom imposed by publishers when I as an artist would be trying to make the pieces have a distinctive voice.
